Welcome to the website of young Scottish conductor Iain McLarty. Iain is currently based in Edinburgh where he has recently finished a Masters degree in Musicology. In Autumn 2012 he will be moving to Copenhagen to take up a place on the Orchestral Conducting programme at the Royal Danish Academy of Music. In addition to conducting, Iain is a violist, pianist, organist and singer and has been known to dabble in composition and arranging in the past.
